Monthly Directions for Career Cruising - Freshmen
This document provides directions to what students will be completing through the Career Cruising system each month.

4 Year Plan
Each freshmen student sits down individually with the school counselor to create the 4 year plan. It is a working document that is updated and changed from year to year. The purpose is to continuously be thinking about the next level and the best way to get there.

Weekly Graphing of Grades
Each week, during advisory on Wednesdays, students meet with their advisors to discuss and graph their grades. The attached form is an example of how this process looks. Students are able to get a visual depiction of their progress in order to maintain their goals throughout each quarter.

This document provides directions to what students will be completing through the Career Cruising system each month.

1:1 Junior Parent/Student Meetings
Every junior student and their parent/guardian meet 1:1 with the school counselor. The meeting generally lasts about an hour and include the planning of all post-high school options. Juniors use the attached handbook to move forward after the meeting.

Campus Visits
Every student has the opportunity to attend a campus visit through Winter High School. Visit locations vary each year depending on student interest.
